Appointments

We provide a full range of GP consultations for general medical problems, acute issues, and chronic medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, heart disease). To make an appointment at the surgery please telephone or visit the surgery in person. All appointments are by prior booking only.

When making your appointment, on occasion you might be asked to specify the type of appointment you need, for example: vaccination, ante natal etc. This helps us allow the appropriate amount of time that you will need for your visit.

Practice Nurse

The Practice Nurse provides a wide range of services, including immunisations, ear syringing, cervical smears, BP checks, 24 hour BP monitors,dressings, removal of sutures etc. Please check with receptionist re services provided.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Home Visits

Please only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. A Doctor will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls.
